Simple monthly tuition with no hidden fees. Payment is managed securely online through the Heikura website.

How Billing Works

Due Date

Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.

Grace Period

You have a grace period from the 1st to the 5th of the month.

Online Only

All payments must be submitted online through the Heikura website. No cash or check accepted.

Auto-Pay Available

Automatic payments can be set up by the participant or parent/guardian.

Important: If payment is not received by the second class of the month, the participant’s enrollment will be forfeited and the spot will be released to a waitlisted student. Bi-monthly, quarterly, and annual payment plans are not accepted.

Policies

Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Refunds

All tuition payments are non-refundable. Refunds or credits will not be issued for:

  • Illness
  • Voluntary withdrawal
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Dismissal due to behavioral issues
  • Missed classes

Pause & Withdrawal

Temporary enrollment pauses may be approved upon written request and direct discussion with Heikura management.

  • Pauses of up to 2 consecutive months may be approved
  • Absences exceeding 2 months result in spot forfeiture
  • Returning students must reapply and may be placed on waitlist
